1337player is a small video player that fully utilizes
DirectX9.

Features:

+ Added an error when playing Windows Media content while Windows Mediaplayer 9
  is not installed. Windows Rights Management will not allow to play these files without
  the new stuff.
+ Added disabling of power-off powermanagement when a movie is playing.
+ mms:// streaming works now properly.
+ Added volume control with shift+up and shift+down arrow keys.
+ Subtitle movement is now simple by moving the mouse while holding the left mousebutton
  down.
